Generation Gap

Do u have generation gap between u and ur parents? I think I have huge a generation gap between me and i. I don't know why i don’t like talk to my parents since i graduate from elementary school. Maybe it was the age’s problem. The parent’s idea were too fogyism. For example, some of the Chinese parents did not allow the high students that having a boy friend or girlfriend. They consider it was wasting time and also it will delay the studying. I don’t agree with that. On the other hand, when I was young, I don’t like to talk with my parent and usually asked to my sister. However, my sister maybe incorrect, but I will want to listen to her. Till today, I will always talked to the people who had same age with us. We could talk about everything. When I was young, I thought my parents usually could not understand us, and I always made some mistake that made them really angry. Today, I thought they were right because they had more experience of life that I didn’t have. Maybe when I become parents, something will happen, I hope they could understand me in that time LOL

There are various sports in the world. I like swimming, running, soccer and basketball. I used to play basketball when i was young. I try to join school basketball team and play basketball every day. i remembered i almost spent five hours to play basketball and i would not miss any NBA match. I thought Jordan was my favourite player in the NBA, also i hope i could play basketball like him. I attempted to collect different kinds of Jordan's basketball shoes but it was so expensive and i become broke. After i became a university student, my life had a huge change. Everyday was busier than before. I spent five hours to work on the part-time job and than i had to study so i did not have enough time to play basketball. Today, i only play basketball once a month because I am too busy and I do not have time. It was huge difference. Maybe, if i have time and i will invite my friend to play basketball together. I hope I could attend a real NBA basketball match in further and I could take a picture with Jordan. Maybe, it is only a dream but I hope one day it could become true.

Today, Coke is a really familiar thing for everyone because it is the most popular pop around the world. The brand of Coke almost value a billion dollars. I saw there was a joke form Chinese Internet that when the Coke Company invested in the Chinese market, the president of Coke Company said that almost every Chinese drink tea every day. In the further, he predicted most Chinese would give up drink tea in order to drink Coke only. When I first time say this joke that I thought it was so funny, but I am the person who give up to drink the tea and then changing to drink Coke. I remembered that I started to drink coke since I was 14 years old. Till today, I had drink coke for 7 years, how would I say, I almost addict it. Some time.

Sometimes they would get the wrong information, but after the TV was invented, it become very easy. TV also makes our lives more interesting, the TV shows make us laugh and some movies make us feel sad. Angela Russell said “she eight-six –year-old mother is in a wheelchair and has nothing to do all day. She loves watching the soap shows in the afternoon.” Although it has many advantage and disadvantages, it has become impossible to live in modern society without television.

The Great Wall symbolizes the suffering of Chinese people while they built it. At first, The Great Wall was made by Qin for defense enemies. When Qin was establish, Mongolians often rub the village which beside them. The emperor wants a rampart to defense enemies; otherwise, they will hard to defense Mongolians rubbed village because Mongolians were good at riding horse. The emperor does lots of helpful things for people; furthermore, he thought he was a great emperor and people should do lots of things for him. However, people started to hate him, for he compels people built The Great Wall without reward. Then, people started to talk about the bad things of the emperor. Certainly, the emperor knew that, so he arrested the people who said the bad things about him and compelled them to built The Great Wall. The emperor thought they had crime for talking about the bad things of him. He compelled them built The Great Wall, even didn’t give them time to rest. So lots of people were too tired that they die. Their corpses were being parts of The Great Wall. In fact, there are lots of corpses under The Great Wall, so The Great Wall is a mournful building for Chinese people, for dying too many people while people were building it.

I discussed about games with Jason who is a students in University of Calgary. He played a game named World of Warcraft. This is an online game and really popular. He wanted me to play together with him; moreover, he described some information about his games after I asked. In this game, there are 2 leagues which are alliance and horde, 9 classes which are paladin, warrior, rogue, mage, priest, hunter, shaman, warlock, druid and 10 race which are Gnome, Night Elf, Human, Dwarf and Dreanei belong alliance, Orc, Undead, Tauren, Troll and Blood Elf belong horde. Qing Shihuang is the most important historical person from my country although he did many horrible events. Qing Shihuang made many decides which were significant for Chinese culture development. The first of all, he is first emperor in China. In Chinese, Shihuang means “the first emperor”. About two thousand years ago, the land was separated by seven different countries in china. They kept fighting with each other for many years. At last, Qing Shihuang conquered other six countries and unified China. His dynasty did not last for long time. However, he is the first emperor who unified the land which called “China”. The second great contribute was that he unifies all the character, money, road, and carriage through out the land. This unification was very important for Chinese culture development, because there were 6 different characters and language, as a result they can’t understand each other if they come form different country. The last contribution of Emperor Qing was “The Great Wall “of China. “The Great wall” of China was built in his time. He used The Great Wall to defend enemy form north of china. In other hand, Qing Shihuang also did many horrible things when he was the emperor. First, he ordered to burn all the books in china except the book of the Confucius, and sent soldier to kill all the students who learn other school of thought. He did these because he thought it would be easier to control his country if the people only learn one the school of thought. Second, he ordered people to build many magnificent palaces for instance, “A Pang Palace” he built it for a woman whose name is A Pang. The palace takes a lot of money and work. In brief, he was on of the most significant people in china; however, he was a tyrant.”

someone thinks cartoon is children stuff. however i dont think so. i love cartoon because i am really interested in myth. from cartoon. i can see and image nice thing never happen in real life such as to be a hero and some funny things to make my mood better. Even i am old and like to watch cartoon. however, i still have thought cartoon is children stuff. in this case, i can think i am child, i am still yong. why not i do that, i just keep mood happy. nowadays, cartoon has been become popular, and cartoon also can teach me some such as logic inference skill, moral. in my opinion, cartoon is not only for children but also adult. it's only way of entertainment, there is no any differences between sports or other movies.

Boxing matches is a really interesting sport in the world. When I first saw the boxing matches that is in the TV. Boxing matches were not only popular in the Unite State but also in England two hundred years ago. However it is a popular sport in the world, it is also most dangers activity around the world. Boxer fight with bare fists for prize money because of they is prizefighters. Long time ago, boxing was very crude, for there are no rules and a prizefighter could be seriously injured or even killed during a match. Did u have been seeing this kind boxing in the TV show, especially, in the Unite state? I saw a kind of boxing that was so crude because the boxer could use everything in the matches such as chairs or something else. I don’t know that is real or pretence. On the other hand, the show just wanted to allure more audience and increasing their audience. If I have a chance, I would like to go to see real boxing matches. I think there is a lot of fun. I remembered that a king of boxer loses a match, and then he ate the ear of the anthers boxers. First time I listened to this, I thought it was so funny.

Chinese Festival

In China, there are many different kinds of festival such as Spring Festival, Duan Wu Festival and National Festival. I had been almost 1 and half year that did not go back China, so I miss these holidays also miss my family. The Spring Festival is similar to the Christmas in China and it is really important holiday in China because that is a Chinese happy new year. During that holiday, everyone will get a week holiday and people visit their friends and family. The spring festival of China and we also call it New Year, is happened at Feb 19 but I have to go to school and midterm was coming as a result I did not celebrate. I only could see the social party on the Internet and I ate some dumpling with my friends. On the other hand, a lot of Chinese celebrate the holiday in downtown. It was different between China and Canada. It was kind of disappointed so I hope maybe next years I could celebrate the spring festival with my family in China and get some lucky money from my parents.

Garfield, a kind of movie about animal. Garfield is cute and yellow cat, which is made by computer. His shape looks more like a toy. That's a reason why so many people like this movie. there is a scene in Garfield 2 is about he makes Italian Noodle and describe it is a kind food of God. That show how he love Italian Nooble. He orannize lots of animals together,seperate them in different jobs. For example, pigs crush tomato with their hoof, hens lay eggs, a weasel is making trouble because was drunk. They make that kitchen so dirty and chaotic. After they finished eating noodle, every animal think so delicious and want more and there is one piece leave; as a result, they fight each other for getting the last piece of noodle. And another scene is the prince, a cat has some shape with Garfield, and Garfield face to face, they do same action. At first, they both think they are in frout of a mirror. At last, for figuring out what going on is, Garfield breaths out, and the prince falls in a faint. one thing let me so amazed is the owner of prince gave all heritage to the prince. that's impossible in really life. As those fanny things, i really recommend this moive.
